Taxonomy
Dyscritella lucida was named by Morozova (1986). Its type specimen is PIN 2437/181 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mshcheri Mountain, Outcrop 562-17, Bjornoya, which is in a Kungurian marine horizon in the Kapp Starostin Formation of Norway.
