Polyporella quadricella
Taxonomy
Polypora quadricella was named by Sakagami (1968). Its type specimen is KCK-23 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khao Chong Krachok, Prachuap Khiri Khan, which is in an Artinskian marine slate in Thailand.
It was recombined as Wjatkella quadricella by Gorjunova (1975), Gorjunova and Morozova (1979) and Morozova (1991); it was recombined as Polyporella quadricella by Morozova and Lisitsyn (1996).
