Taxonomy
Triznella formosa was named by Morozova (1963). Its type specimen is PIN 1692/8 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kuloy River, Arkhangel Region, which is in a Roadian marine horizon in the Kazan Formation of the Russian Federation.
