Taxonomy
Wjatkella kegaliensis was named by Morozova (1981). Its type specimen is PIN 2830/221 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kegali River, upper Omolon horizon, Omolon basin, which is in a Wordian marine horizon in the Omolon Formation of the Russian Federation.
