Sinocalopteryx shangyongensis
Taxonomy
Sinocalopteryx shangyongensis was named by Lin et al. (2010). Its type specimen is NIGP 151367, a forewing (basal third of forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Shangyong village, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial mudstone in China. It is the type species of Sinocalopteryx.
