Oxyprora halmerjus

Taxonomy
Conocardium halmerjus was named by Muromtseva and Guskov (1984) [Guskov in Muromtseva & Guskov 1984]. Its type specimen is PIN 591/11570, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khalmeryuskoe Coalfield, Well KhK-839, 394 m, Pechora Basin, which is in a Kungurian coastal siliciclastic in the Lekvorkuta Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Oxyprora halmerjus by Clapham (2015).
