Taxonomy
Glabrocingulum (Glabrocingulum) parvanodum was named by Jeffery et al. (1994) [Glabrocingulum (Glabrocingulum) parvanodum]. Its type specimen is USGS 463864, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Loc. 7. M-17. Creed bed & banks of Middle Fork of Little Red River, which is in a Serpukhovian offshore grainstone/shale in the Imo Formation of Arkansas.
