Taxonomy
Parastenaropodites fluxa was named by Storozhenko (1996). Its type specimen is PIN 2555/985, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Madygen, PIN collection 2555, Dzhailoucho area, which is in a Ladinian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Madygen Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
