Fissidentalium granadanum
Taxonomy
Dentalium granadanum was named by Anderson (1929). Its type specimen is CAS 4638, a partial shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 267 (horizon L), Tuberá Mtn [Los Perdices Shale], which is in a Miocene marine shale in the Los Perdices Shale Formation of Colombia.
