Omphalotrochus antiquus

Taxonomy
Solarium antiquum was named by d'Orbigny (1842). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Yaurichambi (d'Orbigny coll), which is in an Asselian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Copacabana Formation of Bolivia.

It was recombined as Euomphalus antiquus by Derby (1876); it was recombined as Omphalotrochus antiquus by Meek (1864) and Badyrka et al. (2013).
