Taxonomy
Nannoblattina petulantia was named by Whalley (1985). Its type specimen is BMNH In 53929, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Flatstones, Charmouth (Jackson collection), which is in an Obtusum marine siliciclastic in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.
