Ptychopteropsis mirabilis
Taxonomy
Ptychopteropsis mirabilis was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is PIN 976/10, a forewing (anal region & 3 branches of M not preserved), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Shurab II, Ditch 63 (TSNIGRI collection 976), which is in a Toarcian terrestrial horizon in the Sulyukta Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
