Taxonomy
Kisylia psylloides was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is PIN KK 1/8, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kyzyl-Kiya, which is in a Pliensbachian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Kyrgyzstan.
