Taxonomy
Pseudozygopleura (Stephanozyga) lisaspira was named by Kues and Batten (2001). Its type specimen is UNM 7342, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Talpa, which is in a Desmoinesian delta front shale/sandstone in the Flechado Formation of New Mexico.
