It was assigned to Gallegomorphoptilinae by Martins-Neto and Gallego (2006); to Dysmorphoptilidae by Evans (1956), Riek (1974), Shcherbakov (1984), Hamilton (1992), Martins-Neto et al. (2003), Lambkin (2015) and Lara et al. (2021); and to Dysmorphoptilinae by Szwedo and Huang (2019) and Fu et al. (2021).
It was assigned to Gallegomorphoptilinae by Martins-Neto and Gallego (2006); to Dysmorphoptilidae by Evans (1956), Riek (1974), Shcherbakov (1984), Hamilton (1992), Martins-Neto et al. (2003), Lambkin (2015) and Lara et al. (2021); and to Dysmorphoptilinae by Szwedo and Huang (2019) and Fu et al. (2021).
