Moltenocupes townrowi
Taxonomy
Moltenocupes townrowi was named by Zeuner (1960). Its type specimen is BMNH In 59334, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Burnera Water Fall, upper Umkomaas, which is in a Carnian wet floodplain siliciclastic in the Molteno Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Moltenocupes.
