Babylonites ferrieri

Taxonomy
Omphalotrochus ferrieri was named by Girty (1908). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 3511, Cap Rock Mine, Montpelier Canyon, Bear Lake County, which is in a Roadian carbonate limestone in the Phosphoria Formation of Idaho.

It was recombined as Babylonites ferrieri by Yochelson (1956) and Yochelson and Saunders (1967).
