Murchisonia fischeri was named by Stuckenberg (1905) [= Murchisonia angulata Stuckenberg 1898 p. 197 pl. 1 f. 7 non von Schlotheim 1820, non de Sowerby in Murchison 1839, non Phillips 1836.
Delpey lists this as Stuckenberg 1898 but this is for M. angulata.]. It is a 3D body fossil.
