Taxonomy
Multithecopora larushi was named by Nelson and Nelson (1985). Its type specimen is GSC 76636 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kamloops Cement Lafarge limestone block, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in the McGregor Creek Formation of Canada.
