Taxonomy
Dicosmos globosus was named by Wang (1980) [Wang in Wang & Xi 1980]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zhongying Section H11-4, Qinglong County, which is in a Wuchiapingian coastal siliciclastic in the Longtan Formation of China.
