Taxonomy
Terebratula (Coenothyris) kraffti was named by Bittner (1902). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Monte Cucco, south of Paluzza, which is in an Anisian/Ladinian carbonate limestone in Italy.

It was recombined as Coenothyris kraffti by Palfy (2003).
