Taxonomy
Epijuresanites primarius was named by Popov (2005). Its type specimen is SPbGU T-2-59 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tab-yu River, lower Tab-yu Svita, Pai-Khoy Range, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Tab-yo Formation of the Russian Federation.
