Paratarrasius hibbardi

Taxonomy
Paratarrasius hibbardi was named by Lund and Melton (1982). Its type specimen is UM 5557, a skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is MV 7106, Supercrop Quarry, Bear Gulch, which is in an Arnsbergian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Heath Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Paratarrasius.
