Polycystocoelia asiatica

Taxonomy
Stromatocoelia asiatica was named by Zhang and Fan (1985). Its type specimen is Thin section 0134 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jiantianba Reef, Section J, Lichuan, which is in a Changhsingian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.

It was recombined as Polycystocoelia asiatica by Rigby et al. (1994).
