Taxonomy
Hayasakapora modificata was named by Romantchuk (1976). Its type specimen is DVTGU 8M1/26 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khabarovsk, Rail Bridge across Amur River, which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Chisyan Formation of the Russian Federation.
