Peripetoceras asselense

Taxonomy
Peripetoceras asselense was named by Ruzhentsev and Shimanskiy (1954). Its type specimen is PIN 626/80 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Assel River, 2.5 km N of Yuldybaevo, which is in an Artinskian marine lime mudstone in the Russian Federation.
