Mosquoceras tschernyschewi
Taxonomy
Nautilus tschernyschewi was named by Tzwetaev (1888). Its type specimen is TsGM 10/351 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Matkozersky canal, which is in a Myachkovian carbonate limestone in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Mosquoceras tschernyschewi by Ruzhentsev and Shimanskiy (1954) and Shimanskiy (1967).
