Taxonomy
Eurydesma subdepressa was named by Sahni and Srivastava (1956). Its type specimen is GSI 17645 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wak, 1 mile NE on foot-track to Padamblu, Sikkim, which is in an Asselian coastal sandstone in India.
