Taxonomy
Keithiella was named by Rasetti (1944) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm Fran-u Cm Trep-u Sepkoski's reference number: 379,697]. It is not extant. Its type is Arionellus cylindricus.

It was assigned to Ptychaspididae by Jell and Adrain (2002); and to Asaphida by Sepkoski (2002).
