Orthophlebia colorata
Taxonomy
Orthophlebia colorata was named by Zhang (1996). Its type specimen is 93-T-10/K2, a forewing (missing base), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tuzigou, Badaowan Fm, Karamay, which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian fluvial sandstone in the Badaowan Formation of China. It is the type species of Orthophlebia (Parisophlebia).
It was recombined as Orthophlebia (Parisophlebia) colorata by Hong and Zhang (2007).
