Taxonomy
Pseudopolycentropus madygenicus was named by Novokshonov (1997). Its type specimen is PIN 2971/137, a forewing (well preserved forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Madygen, PIN collection 2971, Madygen (SW area), which is in a Ladinian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Madygen Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
