Magniscapa alligans

Taxonomy
Pseudosheimia alligans was named by Aristov and Rasnitsyn (2008). Its type specimen is PIN 3353/447, an exoskeleton (complete insect), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Soyana (PIN collection 3353), which is in a Roadian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Iva-Gora Beds Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Magniscapa alligans by Shcherbakov (2015).
