Camponotites xiejiaheensis

Taxonomy
Rabidia xiejiaheensis was named by Hong (1983). Its type specimen is 79069, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection 79/80 (Beijing Museum), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China. It is the type species of Rabidia.

It was recombined as Oecophylla xiejiaheensis by Hong (1984) and Zhang (1989); it was recombined as Camponotites xiejiaheensis by Dlussky et al. (2008) and Bolton (2012).
