Taxonomy
Locustopsis uvarovi was named by Zeuner (1942). Its type specimen is NHM I 11699, an elytra (anal region not preservedl), and it is an impression.

It was recombined as Plesioschwinzia uvarovi by Gorochov and Coram (2023).
