Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis

Canines directed ventrally. Preparietal elongated and extending anteriorly beyond postorbital arches. Parietal region elongated and half as wide as interorbital region. Parietals projecting above plane of parietal region to form medial crest. Postfrontals virtually lacking posterior processes visible on surface of skull roof. Palatines have short contact with premaxilla. Ectopterygoid either absent as separate bony element or well developed and displaced laterally relative to contact between pterygoid and maxilla. Palatal bones located in same plane as pterygoids. Anterior (maxillary) and posterior (quadratic) rami of pterygoids forming regular X-shaped figure. Occiput high and positioned vertically.
