Kovacsia baloghi
Taxonomy
Sollasia baloghi was named by Kovács (1978). Its type specimen is T-235/1975 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vöröstó dolina, Western Carpathians, Hungary, which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Steinalm reef limestone Formation of Hungary. It is the type species of Kovacsia.
It was recombined as Kovacsia baloghi by Senowbari-Daryan et al. (2011).
