Taxonomy
Etoblattina lesquereuxii was named by Scudder (1879). It is an impression. Its type locality is Near Pittston, roof shales of Vein D, which is in a Westphalian D terrestrial shale/anthracite in the Llewellyn Formation of Pennsylvania. It is the type species of Kinklidoblatta.

It was recombined as Kinklidoblatta lesquereuxii by Handlirsch (1906); it was recombined as Kinklidoblatta lesquereuxi by Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1920), Handlirsch (1922), Schneider (1982) and Schneider (1983).
