Nevadoceras steelei

Taxonomy
Nevadoceras steelei was named by Schiappa et al. (1995). Its type specimen is SUI 58011 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Portuguese Springs, White Pine County, which is in an Artinskian basinal (carbonate) lime mudstone in Nevada. It is the type species of Nevadoceras.
