Epicharmeropsis hexavenulosus

Taxonomy
Epicharmeropsis hexavenulosus was named by Huang et al. (2007). Its type specimen is CNU-E-YX-2007001, an exoskeleton (complete imago), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shimen village, Yangshulin, Pingquan County (CNU 2007 collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China. It is the type species of Epicharmeropsis.
