Taxonomy
Nemestrinus incertus was named by Mostovski and Martínez-Delclòs (2000). Its type specimen is PIN 3064/9929, a wing (missing base), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 3064), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
