Podonomius blepharis

Taxonomy
Podonomius blepharis was named by Lukashevich and Przhiboro (2011). Its type specimen is PIN 4270/2357, an exoskeleton (complete female fly), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shar-Teg, outcrop 443/1 (PIN collection 4270), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Sharteg Formation of Mongolia.
