Taxonomy
Septacamera triangulata was named by Shi and Waterhouse (1996). Its type specimen is GSC 97163 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 57275, Section 116C-2, Tatonduk River, which is in an Artinskian carbonate limestone in the Jungle Creek Formation of Canada.
