Yukonospirifer yukonensis

Taxonomy
Yukonospirifer yukonensis was named by Shi and Waterhouse (1996). Its type specimen is GSC 97225 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 53713, Section 116H-1A, Peel River, which is in a Sakmarian marine sandstone in the Jungle Creek Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Yukonospirifer.
