Psychites pineellus

Taxonomy
Psyche pineella was named by Heer (1849). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Oeningen (Lavater'schen collection), which is in a Sarmatian crater lake limestone in the Upper Freshwater-Molasse Formation of Germany.

It was recombined as Psychites pineellus by Sohn et al. (2012).
