Rhipidoblattina geikiei
Taxonomy
Mesoblattina geikiei was named by Scudder (1886). Its type specimen is NHM I 10620, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Brown's Wood, Warwickshire, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Rhipidoblattina.
It was recombined as Rhipidoblattina geikiei by Handlirsch (1906), Vršanský and Ansorge (2007) and Vršanský (2020).
