Taxonomy
Toxeumorphora dombarense was named by Shimanskiy (1963). Its type specimen is PIN 1992/9 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dombar River, Aktyubinsk region, which is in a Pendleian marine horizon in Kazakhstan.
