Candelariodon barberenai
Taxonomy
Candelariodon barberenai was named by de Oliveira et al. (2011). Its type specimen is MMACR PV-0001-T, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Becker outcrop, Pinheiro, which is in a Ladinian terrestrial mudstone in the Santa Maria Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Candelariodon.
