Acronemus tuberculatus
Taxonomy
Nemacanthus tuberculatus was named by Bassani (1886). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Besano (MCSN Milan collection), which is in an Illyrian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal dolomite/shale in the Besano Formation of Italy.
It was recombined as Acronemus tuberculatus by Rieppel (1982) and Maisey (2010).
