Xianshanosaurus shijiagouensis
Taxonomy
Xianshanosaurus shijiagouensis was named by Lü et al. (2009). Its type specimen is KLR-07-62, a set of postcrania (10 caudal vertebrae, one haemal arch, right coracoid, left femur and several thoracic ribs), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Haoling Village, Liudian Town, which is in an Aptian/Albian terrestrial mudstone in the Haoling Formation of China.
