Taxonomy
Stackelbergisca shaburensis was named by Sinitshenkova (1991). Its type specimen is PIN 4352/1, a nymph (complete larva), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Shabur, well 28, depth 44-46 m (PIN collection 4352), which is in an Oxfordian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Ichetuy Formation of the Russian Federation.
